CAMBRIDGE, Ohio (AVC News) — The City of Cambridge will begin flushing fire hydrants Sunday night as part of a system-wide maintenance effort.
Hydrant flushing is scheduled to begin at 11 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, and continue until 7 a.m. Monday, Oct. 12.
Additional flushing is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 13, through Friday, Oct. 16.
Customers may experience low water pressure or discolored water while hydrants are being flushed.
The city advises customers to run their water until any discoloration clears before using it and to double-check the water before doing laundry or cleaning.
