What You’ll Do
As part of our technical team, you’ll help support local business clients by:
Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, software, printers, and other technology
Providing friendly technical support both remotely and onsite
Assisting with network, internet, and security-related issues
Helping with technology upgrades, installations, and special IT projects
Monitoring and maintaining business systems to keep them running smoothly
Documenting work performed and communicating updates to clients and team members
No two days are exactly the same, so you’ll have the opportunity to learn and work with a wide range of technologies.
What We’re Looking For
