CAMBRIDGE, Ohio (AVC News) — The Cambridge Water Department has issued a boil advisory affecting nearly 300 people following waterline work in the area.
The advisory affects approximately 88 service connections and 297 people in portions of Cambridge and surrounding areas.
The affected addresses include:
2, 3, 4 and 5 Tudor Drive; 2-21 Coventry Drive; 1-20 Manor Lane; 1-4 Orchard Lane; 1-14 Yorkshire Drive; 1-12 Sunrise Drive; 1-11 Hillcrest Lane; 2-10 Hillcrest Drive; 2 and 4 Hillcrest Lane; 3-15 Briarcliff Drive; 9410-9717 East 77 Drive; 65664-65749 North 77 Drive; and 9840 and 9884 Cadiz Road.
The advisory was issued because of work involving approximately 76 1/2 inches of 6-inch waterline and 13 inches of 8-inch waterline.
Residents in the affected area should follow the Cambridge Water Department’s boil advisory instructions until the advisory is lifted.
