Nancy Marie Pierce, 64 of Zanesville

Nancy Marie Pierce, 64, of Coshocton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Wednesday September 16, 2026, at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.
She was born on October 5, 1961, in Zanesville, Ohio, daughter of the late William Edward Webb II and Dixie Lou (Sampson) May. Nancy was a graduate of Philo High School and was known to have an open-door policy. She loved cooking, playing games on her tablet, and spending time with her family. Above all, she loved spending her time with her grandchildren.
Nancy is survived by her 2 children: Melissa (Justin) Grundy and John Pierce; stepchildren, Butch (Tammy) Lutgen, Jeffrey (Elizabeth) Lutgen, and Earnie (Tabby) Lutgen; grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Eric) Grundy, Nathan (Angel) Grundy, Michael (Chloe) Grundy; 11 step grandchildren; 5 step great grandchildren; brother, Pete (Jennifer) Webb; sisters, JoAnn Webb and Ida Hanning; stepsisters, Kelly Moore and Kristy Price; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 31 years, William Pierce; brother, William Webb III; and sister, Dixie Paynter.
Calling hours will be held on day Friday September 25, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will be held at 1:00 PM with Rev. Darren Tolbert officiating. Burial will conclude services at Woodlawn Cemetery.
