CAMBRIDGE, Ohio (AVC News) — The Guernsey County Board of Elections is reminding residents about several important dates and voting information ahead of the November election.
The Board of Elections will remain at its current location at 627 Wheeling Avenue, Suite 101 in Cambridge through the official count on Nov. 3.
Early in-person voting begins Tuesday, Oct. 6, during regular office hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office will also be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, for voters who cannot vote during weekday hours.
The final day to vote in person at the Board of Elections office is Sunday, Nov. 1, with voting available until 5 p.m.
Residents requesting an absentee ballot by mail must have their application received by the Board of Elections by 8:30 p.m. Oct. 27. Applications can be printed from the Board of Elections website and must be mailed or placed in the drop box outside the County Administration Building.
