NOBLE COUNTY, Ohio (AVC News) — A 20-year-old Summerfield man was arrested Sept. 29 on multiple warrants issued by the Noble County Court, according to Noble County Sheriff Jason Mackie.
David Thrush was located and arrested at an address on Batesville Road. He was wanted on five misdemeanor counts of violating a protection order, a third-degree felony count of violating a protection order, a third-degree felony count of intimidation of a victim or witness, and a first-degree misdemeanor count of falsification.
According to the sheriff’s office, the charges stem from a protection order issued in August after Thrush was arrested on a domestic violence charge. The order prohibited him from contacting the victim.
Thrush is accused of violating the order multiple times through various forms of contact and attempted contact with the victim and the victim’s family. He is also accused of filing false reports alleging serious crimes were being committed by the victim.
Thrush is being held in the Noble County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
