Local Construction Projects Beginning Next Week









































SOUTHEAST OHIO (AVC News) – Several road closures have been announced in Southeast Ohio for the upcoming week.

In Belmont County, State Route 7 will experience delays beginning September 9th at 9 a.m. while crews install utility lines. 

In Guernsey County, Narrows Road is closed indefinitely between Kipling and Deerfield Road for slip repairs. 

In Harrison County, State Route 151 will close west of Scio September 8 through 11 for a culvert replacement.

In Muskingum County, Millers Lane will have a daytime closure Wednesday, September 9 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for pavement repairs. 

In Monroe County, a section of County Road 48 will be closed to traffic between the Roger Well Pad and State Route 26 on September 8. The heavy construction will continue for approximately two to four weeks.

Also in Monroe County, two sections of County Road 9 – between State Route 8 west of Township Road 467, and County Road 10 and County Road 67 – will be closed to traffic beginning September 9 for approximately four weeks. 

In Tuscarawas County, I-77 northbound will be reduced to one lane of traffic at exit 73 to Stonecreek for bridge maintenance work September 8 through 22.
