What You’ll Do
As part of our technical team, you’ll help support local business clients by:
- Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, software, printers, and other technology
- Providing friendly technical support both remotely and onsite
- Assisting with network, internet, and security-related issues
- Helping with technology upgrades, installations, and special IT projects
- Monitoring and maintaining business systems to keep them running smoothly
- Documenting work performed and communicating updates to clients and team members
No two days are exactly the same, so you’ll have the opportunity to learn and work with a wide range of technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in computers, technology, and problem-solving
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel locally when needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligibility to work in the United States

- Computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Networking, Wi-Fi, routers, or internet technologies
- Microsoft Windows and business software
- Cybersecurity or IT support tools
- Managed IT services or technical support roles
- Video production or video streaming
