NOBLE COUNTY, Ohio (AVC News) — A Pleasant City woman died Friday after a two-vehicle crash on State Route 146 in Noble County.
According to the patrol, a dark green John Deere UTV was traveling eastbound in the westbound lane of State Route 146 when it began turning right into a private driveway. The UTV was struck on its right side by a red sedan traveling eastbound.
The UTV traveled off the left side of the roadway following the collision, while the sedan traveled off the right side.
The UTV driver, Bonnie Groves, 90, of Pleasant City, was transported by Noble County EMS to Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center, where she later passed away from her injuries.
The sedan driver, Joshua Clark, 37, of Sarahsville, was not injured.
The Noble County Sheriff’s Office, Pleasant City Fire and EMS, and Noble County Fire and EMS assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
