CALDWELL, Ohio–(AVC News)–The Noble County Regional Planning Commission has announced they will be holding a public hearing concerning proposed amendments to the county’s subdivision regulations.
The proposed amendments were approved by the Commission on August 3 of this year and are being presented for public review and comments prior to adoption.
The proposed amendments are intended to to clarify and improve the subdivision review process, provide consistency in the application of the regulations and ensure land divisions are reviewed in accordance with the requirements established by the Ohio Revised Code.
The public hearing for this proposed amendment is set for Wednesday, September 16 at 10 am in the office of the Noble County Commission’s Office, in the Noble Co. Courthouse
