Otis D Buckey of Sanford, FL, left to be with the Lord on September 5, 2026.

He was born on October 20, 1943 and raised in Pleasant City, Ohio. Predeceased by his parents, Dale & Rena (Gregg) Buckey.

He is survived by his wife, Julia, and three sons, Dan (Missy), Gregg (Kami), and Jim, and his grandchildren: Hannah, Claire, Grace, and Braden. He is also survived by his sister Waldine Burris and brother Jim Buckey.

Otis proudly served in the Army and National guard for 34 years, was a Vietnam veteran, a Ranger and a master aviator, then finally retired as a Full Colonel.
