Wilma Marie Patterson, 98 of Coshocton

Wilma Marie Patterson, 98, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ August 27, 2026.

She was the daughter of the late Lewis and Nina Fortune. On June 19, 1948 she married John B. Patterson, who preceded her in death on January 11, 2011. Wilma graduated from Fresno High School in 1946 and attended Coshocton Business College. She worked in the accounting department of Shaw Barton for thirty-three years. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, watching her birds, and attending her Bible study group. She was a member of the Bible Fellowship Church.

Wilma is survived by her two sons Stephen (Diane) Patterson and Kenneth (Karen) Patterson, both of West Lafayette; her granddaughters Annette Wyler of Fresno, Vikki (Jay) McGinnis of Coshocton; and grandson-in-law Ken Dulaney of MS; six great-grandchildren Tiffoni (Zach) Eaton, Micala (Joey) Robinson, Monique (Brooks) Alexander, Kurt (fiancée Cora Thompson) Wyler, Jenna (Zach) Brown, and Kamryn McGinnis; six great-great grandchildren Zeb Eaton, Declan McKinney, Mila McKinney, Dulaney Aleander, Carson Wyler, and Elizabeth Brown.

Along with her parents and husband, Wilma was preceded in death by her siblings Louise Sharp, Laura Stonebrook, Clara Smith, and an infant brother; her grandson Kurt Patterson; and her granddaughter Toni Patterson Dulaney.

Calling Hours 

A closed casket visitation will be held at Addy Funeral Home in Newcomerstown from 10 to 11 on Monday, August 31, 2026.

Services and Burial 

A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am with Pastor Gabe Rafa officiating. Wilma will be laid to rest in West Lawn Cemetery.
