ZANESVILLE, Ohio (AVC News) — Muskingum County Engineer Mark Eicher told the Muskingum County Commissioners that bids be accepted starting in late March with construction to begin this summer.
Part of the delay in the project was corresponding with Columbia Gas about a gas line that needed relocated near the bridge.
In other business, the commissioners appointed Brent Gates, Brian McPeak and Dan Robison to the Muskingum County Planning Commission with a term to commence immediately and end on March 26, 2029.
In observance of Muskingum County 4-H Week, Muskingum County 4-H Educator Jamie McConnell met with the commissioners, along with 4-H members Koby Bradley, Maddy McConnell, Kylie Bradley, Laney McConnell and Braylie Burkey.
