A Matter of Balance Program

OSU Extension Noble County is offering A Matter of Balance, an award-winning program designed to help participants manage concerns about falling, increase activity levels, and build confidence.
The program will be taught by Lori Harris, Family and Consumer Sciences Educator, and Sami Hull, 4-H Youth Development Educator, with OSU Extension Noble County.
Classes will be held September 21 through October 14, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00–11:00 a.m. at the Noble County Extension Office. The program fee is just $5 for all eight classes.
Participants will learn practical strategies to help prevent falls, increase strength and flexibility, and feel more confident staying active.
Space is limited, so registration is encouraged. To register or for more information, contact the OSU Extension Noble County Office at 740-732-5681.
