Crystal L. Hickman, 53 of Newcomerstown

Crystal L. Hickman, 53 of Newcomerstown, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2026 at her residence.

Crystal was born October 30, 1972, in Coshocton to the late Willard Roger Meek and Norma Jean (Lippencott). Crystal was a creative person, and liked doing arts and crafts and was a good artist. She loved singing and thrifting, and enjoyed Halloween and scary movies. She was a cat person, and is fondly remembered making unique foods.

She is survived by her boyfriend Steven Stickler; her children Cindy Rae (Chad) Hochstetler, Timothy Allen Hickman, Justin Lee Hickman, and Samuel Natale Tornabene; her grandchildren Hailey “Alex” Love, Austin Wesley Thompson, Jonathan Dale Meek Jr., Sophia Marie Mundorff, Carter Alice Tornabene, Jasper Delano Natale Tornabene, and Parker-May Juniper Tornabene; and her sister Cindy Huff.

Along with her parents, Crystal was preceded in death by her children Jonathan Dale “JD” Meek, and Tasha Lynn Hickman.

Per her wishes, a cremation will take place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
