CAMBRIDGE, Ohio — A Zanesville man arrested on Monday by the Cambridge Police Department is facing multiple charges of burglary and theft.
Thirty-three year-old Michael M. Timberman II was charged in Cambridge Municipal Court on Wednesday with three felony-two counts of burglary and two misdemeanor-one counts of theft.
Timberman was taken into custody as a suspect in two burglaries at a Blaine Avenue home on Monday, and is the prime suspect in a pair of thefts in the same area on the same day, as well. Timberman was also accused of breaking into a relative’s home in February.
The suspect reportedly confessed to the break-in in February, but denied being involved in any of the incidents on Monday. Investigators stated they had evidence that strongly implicates Timberman in all of the burglary and theft incidents on Monday.
The suspect is in custody in the Guernsey County Jail. His bond has been set at $200,000 with no 10 percent allowed.
