Culinary Arts instructor and chef of Maria Adornetto’s Restaurant, Marco Adornetto, will demonstrate this informative and entertaining observation workshop. Participants will learn tips and tricks in preparing holiday menu choices while watching the Chef at work. Each participant receives a recipe book so they can recreate what they have learned at home. Best of all, they get to enjoy all of the creations during the demonstration. Workshop fee is $39 per person or 2/$60 and includes all materials.
